Established in September, 1988, former name of Qingdao Haida Graphite Co., Ltd is Pingdu Liugezhuang Graphite Mine and now it has become one associated national medium scale enterprise with combination of exploitation, processing and deep processing of natural scale graphite from simple exploitation at the beginning to refined processing at present. With 100million tons reserves and annual output of 26000tons, Haida Enterprise develops with its scale, wins efficiency in the process of development and increases investment to introduce medium and high carbon graphite production line making the output reaches 20000tons per year.
In 1998, Haida Enterprise has set up advanced expansible graphite, micronized graphite and flexible graphite panel production lines which bring annual output of 1000t expansible graphite, 2000t micronized graphite and more than 300t flexible graphite. In April, 1999, our company has invested more than 30million Yuan to set up Heilongjiang Luobei Haida Graphite Co., Ltd with annual output of more than 20000tons conforming to requirement in domestic and foreign market, as well as deep processing. Moreover, the products are sold to domestic and foreign market; the Luobei Mine is largest mine in Asia.
At present, Qingdao Luobei Haida Graphite Co., Ltd has more than 600 employees, including more than 60 different technicians and has had more than 300 sorts and 5 categories products, such as scale graphite, expansible graphite, micronized graphite, flexible graphite panel and graphite airproofing products which have been elected products exemption from inspection by commodity inspection and testing bureau in Shandong province.
Moreover, Haida Enterprise has passed ISO9002 international quality system certificate in 1998 and keeps carrying out this system which perfects quality and management system. Lab that conforms to international trend is set up, production flow is seriously controlled and the quality inspection is strictly carried out according to requirement in foreign market.
